The company holds licenses for geological exploration and hydrocarbon production, focusing its operations on key projects such as the Khvalynskoye oil and gas project in the northern Caspian Sea, the Karazhanbas oil field in Mangystau Province, the Uzen Oil field in Mangystau Province, and the Borankol Oil Field in Mangystau Province, Kazakhstan.

TOO FATH Refinery manufactures a diverse range of more than 20 petroleum products, including liquefied petroleum gases, automotive and diesel fuels, jet engine fuels, vacuum gas oil, heating oil, fuel oil, marine fuel, petroleum cokes, technical sulfur, paraxylene, benzene, and others. Presently, the facility stands as the sole producer of petrochemical products in Kazakhstan.

Its product range is distributed domestically and exported to 14 nations worldwide.
